When is the time ever right?

When is the best time?

 

If you’re one of those people who decides that you will start something,
Something like your health and fitness journey,
But only when the time is right?

Then you’re also one of those people who need to hear this message…

 

Quite simply,

There is never a right time!

If you’re waiting until things at work quieten down,
Guess what?
They probably never will.

There is never a perfect time to start anything.
